Advances in study on antarctic ice nucleation active organisms

摘要 冰核活性生物是目前生物技术领域研究的热点之一,在工、农、医药、体育娱乐业等领域显示出良好的应用前景。与中温冰核活性生物相比,南极冰核生物的研究刚处于起步阶段,就目前南极冰核生物的种类、分布及冰核活性物质初步研究等方面作简要综述。南极冰核活性物质具有活性强、产生快、含量高、生物安全性高和部分冰核生物易于在昆虫体内定殖等特点,因此,加强南极冰核活性细菌的研究将使冰核细菌的真正大规模应用迈上一个新的台阶。 Ice nucleation active (INA) organisms are one of hot topics in biological technique fields, and exhibit much application and development prospects in the fields of industry, agriculture, medicine, physical culture, etc. The study on Antarctic INA organisms is very beginning. In this article, author reviews simply the species, distribution and the primary study on INA substances, etc. Comparing with the study on temperature INA substances, Antarctic INA substances are higher activity, faster production velocity, higher content, higher biological security and partial INA organisms are colonized in insects easily. Therefore, more study on Antarctic INA organisms will exploit their application extensively.
