摘要
运用静态吸附与解吸试验对5种大孔吸附树脂进行筛选,然后通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定大孔树脂吸附茄子皮红色素的最佳操作条件。结果表明,HPD-100树脂对茄子皮红色素的吸附和解吸性能较好,确定的最佳吸附条件为A2B2C2,即料液浓度(以吸光度计)为0.435Abs,上柱速率为3.0 BV/h,pH值为2.53。
This paper screened the best one from 5 kinds of macro-porous resins for using the aubergine red pigment. The single factor tests, orthogonal experimental designs and variance analyses were applied to select the optimize manipulation parameters of the macro-porous resin. The results indicated that the macro-porous resin HPD-100 possessed the strongest adsorption ability and de-adsorption ability to deal with aubergine red pigment as the optimum condition of adsorption was A2B2C2, namely the parameters were concentration of feed 0.435 Abs, feeding rate 3.0 BV/h and pH value 2.53.
