辣木水溶性多糖提取工艺的研究 被引量:11

Study on extraction processing of polysaccharide in moringa oleifera

摘要 为探索辣木水溶性多糖的提取工艺,对料液比、浸提温度和浸提时间进行正交试验。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶80、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间30 min。在此提取条件下,干燥辣木叶粉水溶性多糖的提取率可达10.95%。辣木不同部位多糖含量不同,辣木茎粉中多糖含量最高达14.95%,辣木种籽多糖含量为12.35%,叶粉多糖含量相对最低为10.43%。 In order to search the extraction of polysaccharide from branch of moringa oleifera. The ratio of the branch powder and water, the extraction temperature and time were tested. The results indicated that the best ratio of the branch powder and water, temperature and time were 1:80, 80 ℃ and 30 minutes respectively. In this extraction condition, the ratio of polysaccharide from the branch could reach 10.95%. Polysaccharide contents in different organs of moringa oleifera was tested, it was different in the different organs of moringa oleifera. The polysaccharide contents in the stem contained 14.95%, the leaf and seed had 10.43% and 12.35% respectively.
