摘要
利用分光光度法测定了浙产菊米中的总黄酮含量。结果表明:浙产菊米中总黄酮的质量分数为13.43%,精密度实验RSD为0.91%;回归方程为A=8.7238C-0.0034,相关系数R2=0.9994;回收率实验加样回收率为100.30%,RSD为1.14%。该方法操作简便,测定结果稳定、准确,适合测定菊米中总黄酮含量,能为菊米的质量评价提供科学依据。
Spectrophotometry was used to determine total flavonoid content in Zhejiang Jumi. Here are the results: w=13.43% and RSD was 0.91%. The regression equation was A=8.7238C-0.0034, R2=0.9994. The average recovery ratio was 100.30% and RSD was 1.14%. The method is simple, accurate, replicate and suitable for the determination of the total flavonoid content in Zhejiang Jumi. This will provide a good foundation for evaluating the quality of Zhejiang Jumi.
