摘要
应用英国Instron3211毛细管流变仪,通过5200s/1I2A-1高、低密度聚乙烯共混发泡体系在剪切和温度作用下的流动行为测定,探求共混比、交联剂、工艺条件等诸因素的影响,以期能为HDPE资源的开发利用提供可行性分析和流动行为分析的依据,并为发泡料的发泡过程及其影响因素的流变学表征探寻一种新的方法。
The paper deals mainly with the determination of flow behavior of foamed HDPE/LDPE (5200s/1I2A-1) blend system under the action of shear stress and temperature, measured by means of an INSTRON 3211 CAPILLARY RHEOMETER. The influences of blend ratio, cross-linking agents and processing conditions are investigated to provide rheological data for feasibility analysis on application of HDPE products and for searching new method for characterizing flow behavior of foam material in relation to various factors.
