摘要
为了实现纺织机床产品的大规模定制设计,提出了柔性产品平台的概念,建立了纺织机床产品模块的本体知识表达模型。结合公理化设计的思想,对并纱机产品划分了模块;依据产品族理论规划了并纱机的柔性产品平台,并基于此平台描述了并纱机产品配置设计的规则和实现方法。
For realizing the Mass Customization Production of textile machine tools, the paper presented the conception of the Flexible Product Platform, and established the Module Knowledge Representation Model base on Ontology of textile machine products. Combining the theory of Axiomatic Design, the paper partitioned the modules of double winder machine. According to the theory of Product Family, it projected the flexible product platform of double winder machine, and described the product configuration rules and methods of double winder machine based on this platform.
