摘要 自动完成试验过程并保存试验数据的水压试验工作站系统改变了以往需要人工记录数据的模式,可适应多品种的生产要求,本文详细介绍了气瓶水压试验工作站的工艺流程和试验步骤,给出了电气硬件配置图和试验过程曲线;经验证,该系统工作稳定,试验结果完全满足性能要求,有推广应用价值。 The automation accomplishes the system testing process and preserving the workstation testing the data hydraulic test having changed the pattern requiring that the manpower records a data in the past, the childbirth may adapt to many breeds requires that air bottle hydraulic test workstation process flow and the electricity hardware having tested a step, having been given to out the main body of a book has been introduced detailedly deploy the curve pursuing and testing process, The experience certificate, that system job stabilize, test result satisfies the function request completely, have application and dissemination value.
