关家沟泥石流灾害及其防治对策研究 被引量:11

AN APPROACH TO DEBRIS FLOW DISASTER AND ITS PREVENTION COUNTERMEASURES IN GUANJIAGOU GULLY

摘要 关家沟是一条灾害性泥石流沟,自1780年以来的210年曾4次对文县县城构成灭顶之灾,仅1982年的泥石流灾害就造成33人死亡,经济损失3000余万元。为了有效保护文县县城、村舍、农田、国道212线及下游电站的安全,根据该沟泥石流特征和成灾方式,采取了以工程措施为主,生物措施与工程措施相结合;以拦为主,拦排结合的综合防治对策。 uanjiagou is a disastrous viscous debris flow gully in Wenxian county, Gansu. Since 1780, the debris flow has broken out and resulted in 4 catastrophic hazards to Wenxian city. The debris flow in 1982 killed 33 residents and generated 30 million yuan economic losses. In order to effectively protect Wenxian city, villages and farmland, Gansu Sichuan Highway and Shangde water power station in down reach of Baishuijiang River, one comprehensive prevention countermeasure has been put forward according to the characteristics and disastrous forms of debris flow, which is to combine the engineering and biological measures, to take engineering measure as the dominant factor and to combine the regulating and drainly measures, taking regulating measure as the dominant factor.
