概述了低温等离子体技术在高分子材料表面改性方面的应用,主要包括以下三方面内容:在Ar、He、N_2、O_2、NH_3等气体辉光放电过程中对聚合物表面的等离子体处理;等离子体表面接枝;在聚合物表面淀积超薄等离子体聚合膜.并对这一技术的应用领域进行了介绍。
The modification of Polymer surfaces by plasma treatment was reviewed, including(a) nonpolymer forming plasma treatment,(b) plasma grafting, and(c) plasma deposition of polymeric thin film. The applications of thus modified polymer were also discussed.
