New Development in the Internation Relations Pattern in Northeast Asia and China's Diplomacy

摘要东北亚国际格局正处于相对稳定的时期,多边协调机制的发展正预示着政治多元化时代的到来。但是东北亚政治与安全形势相对平稳的背后,依旧呈现出流动化的特征,蕴含着重大战略变化的可能。日本和韩国在外交与安全战略上的调整,客观上削弱了中国的战略环境基础,中国的战略回旋空间正在被压缩。中国需要有心态上的调整和可行的预警方案,建立有效的危机管理与对应体制。 The intrnational pattern in Northeast Asia has entered a relatively stable period.The development of multilateral cooperation mechanism indicates the arrival of an era of political pluralism.But behind the relatively stable political and securtiy situation,there still exists the characteristic of fluidity and major strategic change may still be possible.The adjustment of foreign and security strategies of Japan and South Korea weakens China's objective strategic environment and compresses the space of China's strategic manoeuvrability.China needs to adjust its psychological mood and establish effective crisis response and management system.
