摘要
农民工规模的不断扩大是我国劳动力市场发展的必然,有力地推动了劳动力市场的不断完善,但目前农民工的权益保障还面临诸多问题。工会作为劳动者权益的代表,应有所作为,采取切实有力的措施,真正有效地维护农民工的合法权益。在新形势下,工会在维护农民工权益的过程中面临六个方面的新情况、新问题,针对这些问题,各级工会组织要积极探求维护农民工权益的新思路。
The number migrant workers is increasing continuously in China and forcing the development of labor market. However,the protection migrant workers＇ rights and interests is faced with many problems. As the protector of fights and interests of labor, trade union should adopt practical measures to protect migrant workers＇ rights and interests effectively.In the new position,trade uniens are faced with six new problems in the process of protection.They should search new thought of protecting migrant workers＇rights and interests.
