On to Build up the System of College-centered Teaching and Research

在教学实践中,往往存在备课粗糙,教研活动流于形式的情况。建议通过营造学校文化,建立主讲教师资格制度以及加强教研活动主题设计与引领,推进学校管理机制改革等措施,加强校本教研制度建设,促进教学改革与教师的专业成长。

In the teaching practice, there are problems ofpreparing for lessons carelessly and formalism of teaching and research activity. We should set up the qualification system of lecturer and enhance the design and guiding of teaching and research activity so as to refonn the management system. Through building up a college culture and college - centred teaching and research system, we can improve teaching reform and the quality of professional teaching staff.
