摘要
本文探讨了用于HDPE、PP编织制品的复合型耐紫外线母粒的机理、特点、具体配方设计和生产工艺路线的优选。加速光老化试验和实际应用表明:采用光稳定剂等其它助剂复合的耐紫外线母粒(SS-H和SS-P型)比瑞士汽巴-嘉基(MB218)耐紫外线母粒和粉状光稳定剂性能优异,经济合理。国内首先开发成功的复合型耐紫外线母粒,可替代从国外进口的同类产品,具有广阔的开发和应用前景。
The mechanism, characters, detailed formulation and optimium process of composite UV-resistant master batch for HDPE, PP woven products are described in this paper.Accelerated light ageing tests and actual uses showed that, master batches SS-H and SS-P, compounded with light stabilizer and other additives, have better UV-resistant than master batch MB 218 and those using powdered light stabilizer of Ciba-Geigy(Switzerland), the formers are also more economical.
