摘要
从区域科技经济一体化发展，以官产学研“四位一体”的区域创新系统及其产生的协同效应来分析区域科技进步与经济增长协同发展关联机制。围绕区域科技进步与经济增长协同发展的问题主轴，分析科技进步与经济增长的协同关联机制结构、功能和运行，从理论上探讨区域科技进步与经济增长协同发展的关联机制问题，并提出能实现其有序运行的路径。
From the integration of regional sci-tech and economy, this paper analyzes the relationship mechanism of the integration of regional sci-tech progress and economic growth based on regional innovation system and its synergistic effect. Also, we study on the configuration, function and operation of the synergistic relationship mechanism between sci-tech progress and economic growth. Then, we discuses the relationship mechanism between regional sci-tech progress and economic growth theoretically and advance an appropriate approach for the mechanism
