摘要
本文认为，市场经济体制下民办高校法人治理结构的构建，需要政府树立主体教育管理观和行政一经营式的教育管理实践观，建立现代教育产权制度，回归民办高校独立法人地位，让民办高校的利益相关者积极参与治理，并健全董事会领导下的校长负责制。
To construct the corporate governance structure of civilian-run colleges and universities under the market economy system, the government needs to build up subjective educational management view and administration-management educational management practical view. Also, government needs to build modern educational property right system and give independence position to the corporation of civilian-run colleges and universities and have them take part in the governance, and complete principal responsibility system lead by the director of board
