摘要
青岛财富中心建筑高228m,是一座超限高层建筑。建筑底部为大开间,通过设在高度在98.82m处的箱形转换层,支撑上部高126余m、采用剪力墙结构的酒店式公寓。结构主要受力体系竖向不连续。设计利用SATWE、ETABS和ANSYS程序,进行了细致的弹性和弹塑性计算分析,根据分析得到的结果与国家规范进行对比,提出概念设计的处理原则方法及构造措施,为类似超限工程的设计提供借鉴。
Qingdao Fortune Center architecture is 228 meter high. The basal floors of the building are wide-open office-rooms, and is supported by the box transfer story located at the 98.82 meter high. The vertical structure main bearing system is not continual. It is a typical ultra limit high-rise construction. The elastic and plastic analysis of the building are analyzed using SATWE, ETABS and ANSYS procedure. According to the analyzing result and the contrast between each estimated data and the national standard, the principle of conceptual design and the structure measures are proposed. It can be reference for the concept design of the similar ultra limit high-rise project.
