肥胖症患者脂肪组织中组织蛋白酶K的表达及其功能初探 被引量:2

摘要 研究组织蛋白酶K(cathepsin K,CTSK)在肥胖症患者脂肪组织中的表达及其在脂肪细胞分化中所起的作用。采用半定量RT-PCR及Western-blot分析显示肥胖组脂肪组织CTSK水平显著高于对照组,其表达随脂肪细胞分化成熟而逐渐增加。脂肪组织CTSK水平是肥胖症和脂质生成的一个较为敏感的标志物。 Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immunoblotting analyses were used to investigate the expression of CTSK and its role in 3T3-L1 cell differentiation. The expression of CTSK gene was remarkably higher in obese patients than in the control group, and was increased gradually during adipocyte differentiation. CTSK gene is possibly involved in the adipocyte differentiation and the onset of obesity.
