AN ANALYSIS ON THE PRODUCTION OF ECDPET(SD) FIBER

本文介绍了ECDPET(SD)的纤维生产工艺条件,并着重对该纤维进行DSC热谱及上染率的分标。认为,在PET聚合时添加了第三、四组分(引进了磺酸极性基团)后,改变了分予的规整性,降低了有序性,提高了上染率及吸湿性。最后,还介绍了该共聚酯纤维生产中存在问题及其解决问题的方法。

The authors introduce the production technology of ECDPET(SD) fiber also an analysis is made on the DSC thermal spectrum and dye uptake, it is considered that after the addition of third, fourth component (sulfonic group) the molecular regularity is changed it causes the decrease of orderness and increases the dye uptake and moisture absorbency, besides the authors elucidate the problems occured in the production of this copolymerized polyester fiber and the way to solve them.
