蛋白芯片技术对1022例急性呼吸道感染的病原学检测分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解桂林市小儿急性呼吸道感染(ARI)病原学状况。方法(1)随机选择1 022例临床诊断为ARI的患儿,采用蛋白抗体谱芯片技术同时对6种病原体流感病毒(IFV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、柯萨奇病毒(COX)、腺病毒(ADV)、肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CP)的IgG抗体进行检测。(2)同时采用ELISA法检测IFA和RSV2种病毒的抗体。结果1 022例患儿中阳性299例,总阳性率29.26%,单项感染占64.88%(194/299),其中IFV感染为第1位占28.43%(85/299),其次是RSV感染占20.74%(62/299)。混合感染占35.12%(105/299),其中RSV+COX感染和IFV+COX感染检出率最高,占42.86%(45/105)。结论(1)全年桂林市小儿ARI感染中以IFV、RSV为主要病原,且混合感染不少见,混合感染中以COX分别与IFV、RSV组合和三者共同组合检出率最高。(2)蛋白芯片法与ELISA法比较对病毒检出的阳性率没有什么差别,但它的优点在于操作简便又能同时对多种病原体进行检测,因此在临床上有一定的推广价值。 Objective To investigate the pathogens of acute respiratory infection (ARI) in children. Methods (1) Overall 1 022 children with ARI were involved in this study. Using protein antibody table chip tecnology to examine infuenza virus,respiratory syncytlal virus, Coxackie virus, adenovirus, mycoplasma pneumoniae, chlamydia pneumoniae at the moment. (2) To examine infuenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus by ELISA. Results 299 were positive among 1 022 patients, total positive rate was 29. 26%. Individual event infection was 64.88% (194/299) ,among them the highest was IFV infection,with the rate of 28.34% (85/299). The second was RSV infection,with the rate of 20.74% (62/299). The mixed infection was 35.12% ( 105/299), among them the highest was RSV + COX infection and IFV + COX infection, with the rate of 42. 86% (45/105). Conclusion ( 1 ) IFV and RSV are main prevailing pathogens of ARI of children of Guilin. The mixed infection is unusual, including IFA + COX, RSV + COX, and IFV + RSV + COX are the highest. (2) Compare with the ELISA, there is no difference of positive rate between two methods in detecting virus, but protein chip technology has some advantages, such as convenient and can detect several virus simultaneously.
