摘要
论述了微型计算机在整流桥测试分选机中的应用，并分别介绍了极性测试电路、ＶＦ测试电路、ＩＲ测试电路的测试原理。还介绍了微机控制系统的硬件和软件。该机采用自动分时测量，对各项指标综合评定输出分选结果。
The application of microcomputer in bridge rectifier testing and sorting is discussed.And the test principles about the polarity test circuit,the VF test circuit,and the IR test circuit are introduced separately.In addition,it also introduces the hardware and the software of microcomputer control system.The device uses automatical dividedtime test,and gets out the sort result of each synthetic eualuation target.It can find wide applications in semiconductor trade.
