摘要
针对某种特定的产品方案要求,设计了两种工艺流程方案:一种采用了C_9单独加氢反应系统;另一种为C_6~C_9经一段加氢后,再通过脱C_9塔系统将C_9分离出来。分别对这两种方案建立了流程模型并进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果对两种方案的固定投资和操作费用进行了比较,从而提出了较优方案。
Based on a specific product requirement for C_9^+ cuts of Pygas,this paper compares two hydrogenation schemes: one adopts C_9 sole-hydrogenation system and the other separates C_9^+ from hydrogenated C_6~C_9.Simulation models are set up and calculations are performed.The con- clusion is drawn from the comaparison of the two shemes in construction cost and operation cost.
