摘要
描述了环氧乙烷易燃易爆、有毒、易自聚等特点,针对这些危险因素,从设计角度阐述了安全措施,如采取低温储存、氮气密封、喷淋冷却、严格选材、管道安装的方式及操作注意事项等,从而达到减少环氧乙烷事故的发生。
This paper introduces the characteristics of Ethy- lene Oxide,such as inflammable,explosive,toxic and easy to polymerize.Safety measures against the risk factors are put forward from engineering point of view,such as cold storage,nitrogen seal,spray cooling,strict selection of materials,way of pipeline installation and cautions in oper- ation,to minimize the occurrence of accidents.
