摘要 本文初步探讨了纺丝一拉伸一步法(包括单级拉伸和两级拉伸)生产的涤纶民用丝(FDY)之结构和性能 介绍了涤纶FDY的结晶度、取向度、表观晶粒尺寸、沸水收缩和力学性能与单级拉伸过程中纺丝初速和两对辊的温度的关系,讨论了FDY的结构性能如何随着双级拉伸中拉伸配比的不同而发生的变化。 A preliminary study on structure and properties of PET textile fully-drawn-yarn (FDY) mad by spin-draw-winding process(including one- and two-stage draw) is carried out. Relationships between the properties of FDY such as tenacity and elongation, crystallinity, orientation, crystal size shrinkage in boiling water etc. and the spinning speed as well as the temperature of godets in one-stage drawing process are described. The change of structure and mechanical properties with variation of draw ratio distribution in two-stage drawing process is also discussed.
