西藏通史著作在"藏学"研究具有重要地位。本文主要分析了古代、近代历史上具有代表性的西藏通史著作,并分析了不同时代的西藏通史的特点,对西藏通史的编纂提出了几点浅见。

The General History of Tibet has important position in 'Tibetology'.This article mainly analyses the General History of Tibet and its' characteristics over the ancient times and modern times.At the end of this paper,the author proposed several of his own personal views about compiling the General History of Tibet.
