AN EXPLORATION ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF ATY CORETEXTURING YARN——APPLICATION OF MODEL ATsHS3 AIR-TEXTURING MACHINE

以252.8dT POY为原丝在AT-HS3喷气变形机上生产了二皮一芯的涤纶包芯纱。探讨了拉伸倍数、超喂率、定型温度、给水量、空气压力、变形速度等工艺参数的选择以及原丝质量,喷嘴调节状况对ATY质量的影响。

A 2-sheath 1-core type polyester coretexturing yarn is produced at mode1 AT-HS3 air-textureing machine using 252.8 dtex POY as feed yarn, investgations are made on the selection of technological parameters such as drawing ratio, overfeed ratio, setting temperature, water supply, air pressure, texturing speed etc. as well sa the effect of quality of feed yarn and adjustment condition of nozzles upon the property of ATY.
