摘要
为了改善直接注模成型(DCC)氧化铝的坯体性能,在Al_2O_3-DCC过程中加入AlOOH,本文详细研究了Al_2O_3+AlOOH体系的湿坯性能、干燥行为及烧结致密化过程.结果表明,少量AlOOH加入可显著提高Al_2O_3的湿坯抗压强度和弹性模量.当AlOOH体积含量<3.0%时,对干燥过程没有影响.干燥坯体经无压烧结后可获得烧结密度达3.97g/cm^3(99.7%TD)、显微结构均匀的小α-Al_2O_3相.
In order to improve wet strength of DCC-green bodies boehmite sols were added into α-Al_2O_3 suspensions. In the present paper, the properties of wet green bodies, drying behavioursand densification process of Al_2O_3+AlOOH system were studied. The results indicated that wetcompressive strength and modulus could be largely increased with a small amount of boehmiteaddition. As the solid loading of boehmite is less than 3 vol% there is no influence for dryingprocess. The α-Al_2O_3 ceramics with very high sintered densities of 3.97 g/cm^3(99.7% TD) andhomogeneous microstructure could be achieved after sintering.
