盐浴炉炉体结构的改进

本文介绍了对黑龙江涤纶厂短纤分厂使用的组件洗涤装置中盐浴炉炉体结构进行改造的经验。解决了该装置中残渣和盐液溢出,常渗入保温层,修理和更换保温层不方便;及炉内壁易腐蚀、外壁易变形等问题,以供使用同类型设备的厂家参考。

The author introduces the experinces in the reform on body structure of salt bath furnace in the spinning pack cleaning device used by the staple department of Heilongjiang Polyester Fiber Factory. Those problems occured such as the over bleeding of residue and salt solution into the thermal insulating layer which causing much trouble in repairing and changing as well as the corrosion of inner wall and the deformation of outer are solved, which are useful for reference of those fact-ories using the same type equipments.
