摘要 近20年来,随着功率开关器件的发展,DC-DC变换器的拓扑和变换技术取得了很大的成就。本文对DC-DC变换器中的主要技术——软开关、同步整流、移相PWM技术和多电平技术的发展与现状进行了综述,并讨论了变换器未来的发展趋势。 DC-DC converters topologies and techniques have made a great achievement along with the power devices development in the recent twenty years. This paper reviews the main techniques of DC-DC converters,which are soft switching technique, synchronous rectification,shift-phase PWM and multi-level technique. At last,the trends and future of the DC-DC converters have been discussed.
