摘要
本文提出了一种新型的ZVT Buck逆变器,此ZVT Buck逆变器拓扑能很好的实现软开关,大大提高了系统的效率,不会为开关器件带来过大的电压、电流应力,系统具有强鲁棒性和优异的动态性能;该逆变器采用离散滑模控制策略,提高了逆变器的输出性能和控制鲁棒性,可减弱控制系统的干扰和漂移,为软开关逆变器的实现提供了一种新的思路。
A novel ZVT Buck inverter was presented in this paper. With this ZVT Buck topology, soft-switching can be implemented well and the efficieney of the system is improved highly; The system has Strong robustness and excellent dynamie performance, and there are no over-voltage and over-current stress on switches. Discrete sliding mode control strategy is adopted in this inverter, which improves the output performance and control robustness, and reduces the interference and drift problems. A new kind of thoughts is provided for the implementation of soft switching inverters.
