摘要
尼龙66盐的现行质量指标不够完整,难以反映66盐的内在质量及贮存性能和成纤质量的影响。著者经过务年实践,提出应增添稳定指数、硝酸根含量及抗氧值三个指标。此外,66盐的质量指标pH值尚有争议,著者从理伦和实验两方面加以澄清。
The current quality specifications of nylon 66 salt are imperfect which are insufficient to reflect the inherent quality and storage behavior that influences fiber quality, after practice for many years the author indicats that another 3 indices namely stability, nitrate content and anti-oxidation value should be added for examination. Besides, due to there is a contention about pH value as a quality index, the author have it clarified from theoretical and experimental aspects.
