摘要
把握全球化新机遇，不断提升我国在全球体系中的分工地位
目前，全球化无论在深度和广度上还是在发展速度上都超过以往。一方面，全球化造就了相互依存的开放经济，扩大了国际交流和交换，促进了体制机制和发展环境的不断转变。另一方面，全球化赋予动态比较优势以新内涵；全球化分工的决定因素，可以是要素禀赋，也可以是要素创造，即通过要素有形流动或无形流动，创造新优势。
