摘要
本研究将废CA溶解在丙酮及助剂中,溶液经过滤、脱泡,并进行干法纺丝,制成烟滤嘴纤维半制品。实验研究结果表明,废CA再生嘴纤的性能良好,在本实验范围内,原液中废CA的浓度可达35%以上,溶液不糊板,引丝容易,成型过程连续稳定,纺丝速度可达1000米/分以上,技术可行,再生嘴纤的物理指标基本符合嘴纤半制品要求。
The Waste cellulose acetate used in the present study Is obtained from Guangzhou Cigarette Filter Factory, it is dissolved in acetone-water, then the solution is filtered and deaired,finally dry-spinning into filaments Experiments show that the solubility and spinnability of the solution are good, the solution concentration can be increased to more than 35% and spinning operation is smooth and stable with spinning speed reached more than 1000m/min, moreover, the property of the filaments are quite well.
