护理风险的形成贯穿于护理的全过程,有时即便是极其简单和微不足道的行为都有可能带来风险,分析护理风险形成的因素,有针对性地预防和控制,把风险尽量规避于发生之前,减少护理纠纷,是很值得探讨的。
The formation of nursing risks run through the whole process of nursing care. Sometimes even very simple and inappreciable behaviors may bring some risks possibly. This article analyzed the formation factors of nursing risks It put forward some corresponding preventions and controls so as to avoid the risks before its occurrence as far as possible and to decrease nursing disputes. It was worth to probe into deeply.
