合成纤维原料生产能力现状及发展趋势

CURRENT SITUATION AND TREND OF RAW MATERIALS PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF SYNTHETIC FIBERS

综述国外DMT/PTA、已内酰胺、丙烯腈等主要合成纤维原料的生产能力现状及发展趋势。合成聚酯原料已明显地从以DMT为主转向以PTA为主,美、英、日是DMT/PTA的主要出口国。欧洲地区已内酰胺产量占世界总产量的一半以上,世界已内酰胺年增长率约为1～2％。西欧和美国是丙烯腈的主要生产地区(占世界总产量的60％),世界性丙烯腈市场紧缺的现状仍将持续下去。

A summary of the current situation and trend of development about the raw materials production capacity of main synthetic fibers overseas such as DMT/PTA, caprolactam, acrylonitrile etc, is presented. The raw materials for PET is changed from mainly on DMT into PTA, UK, US and Japan are the basic export countries. The output of caprolactam in Europe account for more than half of the world production with an annual increasing rate about 1-2%. West Europe and US ate the primary regions of acrylonitrile production which make up the 60% of the world output and the short stua-tion in world market will be continued.
