摘要
提出了一种新的LED光通量测试方法,构建了测试系统。采用窄光束标准光源进行定标,被测LED和标准光源放在积分球内壁表面,积分球内不加任何遮挡物,窄通光孔径的光纤将光引入微型多通道光谱仪进行光谱能量分布测试,从而计算LED的光度学参数包括光通量。这种测试方法能够消除传统测试方法中探测器V(λ)匹配误差和球内物体自吸收效应的影响。测试结果表明,该方法可以达到较高的精度。
This paper presents a new method to measure LED's luminous flux. The LED for measuring and the narrow beam standard lamp are placed on the interior wall of the sphere. A narrow aperture fibre is assembled on the surface of the sphere to transfer the light to the multu-channel spectrometer,which calculates the luminous parameters including the total flux,and there is not any object inside the sphere. The method eliminates the self-absorption by objects in sphere (baffles and holders) and mismatch of V(λ) in the flux measuring system for LED. The measurement results show this method can be very accurate.
