摘要
从预电离的角度出发,对原有长脉冲TECO2激光器的双高压开关抽运电路进行改进,设计了新型激励电路。在新激励电路中,加入一个合适大小的电感与激光器电极部分串联,为Pulser和Sustainer放电电路所共用。实验结果表明,改进电路能够增强预电离能力和增加激光脉冲能量。在一台增益体积1.17L、气体混合比CO2∶N2∶He=1∶2.5∶13、工作气压为40kPa的TECO2激光器中,改进电路比原来电路增加激光输出达61%。文章给出了详细实验数据并作了简单理论分析。
From the point of view of preionization, a long pulsed TE CO2 laser utilizing a novel excitation scheme based on Pulser-sustainer technique is introduced. In the new scheme,an inductance which is shared by both the pulser and the sustainer discharge circuit is serially connected with the laser head in the pulser discharge loop of the new scheme, Experimental results show that this new scheme can enhance the preionization and increase the laser pulse energy in a long pulse TE CO2 laser. For a laser head of active volume of 1.17 L and gas mixture CO2 : N2 : He=1 : 2. 5 : 13 of pressure 40 kPa,the laser output pulse energy can be increased by 61 % with the new excitation scheme. Detailed experimental data and a simple theoretical analysis are given
