摘要
不同的织物对DTY的卷缩性能有不同的要求,准确控制DTY的卷缩率,对提高产品质量满足用户要求具有十分重要的意义。本文比较了国内常用的紧缩伸长法和卷缩收缩法的优缺点,认为西德DIN53840卷缩率法是测试DTY卷缩性能的比较理想的方法,而对于某些特殊品种,紧缩伸长法还是行之有效的。对测试结果经常进行总结和分析并加强锭位管理是提高产品卷缩性能的保证。
Various textiles have different requirements of crimp contraction cf DTY, controlling precisely the crimp contraction of DTY has important meaning in improving the products quality and meeting the needs of end-users, in this paper the author compared the crimp contraction and crimp extention two testing methods, considered the former method of DIN 53840 is more suitable for determination of crimp behavior of DTY but the latter can also be used for some special varieties, the regular sum marization and analysis of determination results as well as the enhancement in management of spindle position are the guarantee of improving crimp behaviors of products.
