摘要
当前,成人教学评价趋向失效,难以发挥其导向、激励、改进和鉴定等功能。要想使成人教学评价走向有效,就必须以有效性为目标,确定科学的评价项目指标,改进评价方法,完善评价的反馈机制,建构有效的教学评价体系。
Recently, adults' teaching evaluation tends to lose effectiveness. It is difficult to give play to its functions, such as guiding, encouraging, improving and appraising. To make adults' teaching evaluation effective, we must aim at effectiveness, fix scientific evaluation goals, modify evaluation methods, and improve the feedback institution of evaluation, to build an effective teaching evaluation system.
