摘要
教学管理工作是成人高等教育工作中极其重要的环节,是培养合格人才的关键所在。本文根据我国成人高等教育工作的现状及存在的问题,提出了教学管理工作的五项原则,并对教学管理工作应重点做好的工作作出了详细的阐述。
Educational administration is not only an extremely important element in adult higher education, but also a crucial factor in nurturing qualified graduates. This article provides five principles based on the present conditions and problems in China＇ s adult higher education, moreover, it expounds in details that the real work needed to be done in the educational administration.
