摘要 再制造是把达到使用寿命的产品通过修复和技术改造使其达到甚至超过原型产品性能的加工过程,再制造是废旧机电产品资源化的首选途径。我国已进入到以推动再制造产业发展为中心内容的新阶段,建立生产者延伸责任制,充分发挥产品制造企业的主体作用;制定再制造企业认证法规,完善再制造产品质量体系;推广以表面工程为核心的先进技术提高旧件利用率是当前急待研究的主要问题。 Remanufacturing is an advanced engineering and industrializing process to rebuild the failed machinery products, it is the optimized approach for resources recovery of waste machinery and electronic products. Now China has entered the new step, in which, to boost the remanufacturing industry is becoming one of the central issues of its economic development Remanufacturing engineering includes three new frontier issues, the first one is establishing extended responsibility of producers to exert the main function of manufacturer, the second is establishing certification and standard of remanufacturing corporation to improve the quality system of remanufactured products, the third is developing surface engineering technology to improve the utilizing efficiency of old parts.
