摘要
为了解决以聚氨酯泡沫塑料为骨架进行电镀铜获得泡沫铜材料表面不光整结瘤过多,且抗拉强度低的问题,研究了在电镀铜过程中施加300W功率超声波对组织及强度的影响,结果表明施加超声波使铜层晶粒细化,组织致密,且表面光洁度高,避免了电镀铜时的表面结瘤现象,抗拉强度可提高2倍以上,可减少机械加工成型时的断裂现象。
In order to solve the problem of coarse surface with too many burls and low tensile strength of the copper foam by copper electroplating on the framework of polyurethane foam, this paper investigated the effect of ultrasonic with power of 300w on the microstructure and the strength. The results showed that while using ultrasonic through electroplating process, in the copper layer the grain and microstructure became refined and densified, the surface smoothness was enhanced, and the burls was prevent growing on the surface through the electroplating process, the tensile strength was elevated more than 2 times, and the probability of fracture occurred during machining process could be reduced.
