充分利用抚顺广电有线网络传输中心的双平面数据业务平台,把现有的模拟电视收费系统和正在开发的数字电视认证收费系统灵活融合,实现双收费系统在同一网络中并行运营,为将来有线电视收费业务做好技术上的准备。

Taking full use of the double plane data service platform in Fushun Broadcast Television Cable Network Transmission Center, we can realize the two charging system working together in one network by making a amalgamation of the analog TV charging system and the digital TV identification charging system. And this system is a technical preparation for the future cable TV charging service.
