摘要
PP中混入少量PR-86进行共混纺丝,可制得抗静电PP的BCF地毯纱。对纤维的DSC扫描测定,得到PP和PR-86各自产生结晶且晶型稳定的结果。其结晶度的变化规律与X尤衍射的测定结果完全一致。从纤维的应力应变曲线中可以看到,由于PR-86的混入,致使纤维的断裂强度和初始模量有所提高,并且出现了类似硬弹性的第二弹性区。用SEM对纤维的形态结构的研究中发现,PR-86作为海岛结构中的“岛”微纤,形成了一定程度的交联网状结构,这一结构对纤维力学性能的改善是十分有利的。
The anti-static BCF carpet yarn can be prepared by the blend spinning of polypropylene and a small quantity of polymeric antistatic agent PR-86, according to DSC thermograms, the PP and PR-86 crystallized respectively and both crystal form are stable, the rule of variation in crystallinity is coincide with the result of WAXR. Due to the addition of PR-86, the breaking strength and initial modulus of BCF fibers increase and a second elastic region appears which is similar to hard elastic property in stress-strain curves. In the morphological study by SEM, some network formed by PR-68 as 'island' fibrils in the sea-island structure are found, it is favourable for improvement on mech-anical properties of fibers.
