摘要
进气道复杂蒙皮零件制造是某型飞机的关键技术之一。通过计算拉形系数和极限拉形系数,分别对鼓包形蒙皮、侧凹形蒙皮、马鞍形蒙皮的工艺性进行了分析,采用试验方法确定了三段蒙皮零件的数控拉形工艺过程,并对深度马鞍形蒙皮拉形工艺方法进行了改进。建立了检验模具和成形模具的制造与协调方法,建立了蒙皮零件数字化制造流程。通过数字化技术的应用,提高了模具与零件的制造准确度,缩短了零件制造周期。
Manufacture of complicated skin parts of air intake is one of the key technique for the manufacture of an aircraft. Analysis has been made for the technology of bulged skin, slide concaved skin and saddle - shaped skin through calculation of stretch forming coefficient and ultimate stretch forming coefficient. As a result, the CNC stretch forming processes for the three sections of the skin parts are determined through tests, and the stretch forming process for deep saddle - shaped skin has been improved. The manufacture and coordination methods for the inspection mould and forming mould as well as the digital manufacture flow have been setup. Fabricating accuracy is enhanced for the moulds and parts through the application of the digitization technique, and the parts fabrication cycle is shortened as well.
