摘要
以LiOH和Nb2O5为原料,用水热法合成了铌酸锂纳米粉体。通过XRD、SEM、TEM及FTIR等方法对所制备的超细粉体进行了表征。研究结果表明:当x(Li)∶x(Nb)为1.10,水热合成温度为260℃,反应时间为24h时,能够合成出结晶完好的50-200nm的铌酸锂超细粉体。
LiNbO3 ultra-fine powders were prepared via a hydrothermal method with LiOH and Nb2O5 as the starting materials.The as-prepared LiNbO3 ultra-fine powders were analyzed by XRD,SEM,FTIR and TEM respectively.The results were shown that ultra-fine powders which are 50-200nm in size and fine crystal can be synthesized while the mol ratio of Li/Nb is 1.10,the temperature of hydrothermal reaction is 260℃ and the reaction time is 24h.
