磷钼钨杂多酸铵的合成、表征及其阻燃、抑烟性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用钼酸铵、磷酸二氢钠、钨酸钠通过化学沉淀法合成了磷钼钨杂多酸铵(AMTP)。XRD、FT-IR、SEM、EDS结果表明,在n(P)∶n(Mo)∶n(W)=1∶6∶6,pH=1.5,温度为60℃的条件下反应1h,所得磷钼钨杂多酸铵纯度高,结晶状态良好且无明显的团聚现象;按ω(AMTP)=5%将AMTP添加到不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)中。结果证实,UPR氧指数(LOI)从纯树脂的19.6%上升至24.2%,垂直燃烧等级(UL94)达V-2级,烟密度等级(SDR)从75.25降至70.27,最大烟密度(MSD)从95.73下降至92.16,烟密度等级满足国家对B1级电器类热固性塑料的使用要求。 Ammonium molybdotungstophosphate(AMTP) was synthesized by ammonium molybdate,NaH2PO4·6H2O and sodium tungstate dehydrate microcapsule with chemic deposition.The results of XRD,FTIR and SEM indicated that ammonium molybdotungstophosphate synthesized was pure,had good crystal and dispersiveness on the condition that n(P)∶n(Mo)∶n(W)=1∶6∶6,reaction time of 3h under pH=1.5,60℃.ω(AMTP)=5% applied to unsaturated polyester resin(UPR),limited oxygen index(LOI) of composite came to 24.2% from 19.6% of pure UPR,UL94 flame retardancy to UL94V-2,smoke density rate(SDR) to 70.27 from 75.25 and maximum smoke density(MSD) to 92.16 from 95.73.The property of SDR was satisfied to the application for thermoset wiring of B1 rate.
