盲襻式胆肠吻合术治疗肝内胆管结石的围手术期处理

目的：研究提高肝内胆管结石的手术效果。方法：根据对78例患者的处理经验，探讨盲禄式胆肠吻合术的国手术期处理方及注意事项。结果：减少了患者的痛苦，简化了手术方法，治疗效果较过去大为改善。结论：该术具有痛苦小，操作简单，术后恢复快，预后良好及费用低等优点。

OBJECTIVE: To improve the operation results for patients with hepatolithiasis.MEffiOD: In light of the treating experiences with seventy-eight clinical cases,the author suggests and develops the treating methods and other measures taken during perioperation of blindloop chola ngrojeju nos tomy. RESU Lab: Red nced t he pane ms' pal n, s impl ified the operaticn procedures,and improved the operation results remarkably. CONCLUSIONS: The methods suggested in this paper can reduce patients' pain,simplicity in reoperation,quick in POst-operative recovery with a favorable prognosis and an affordable cost.
