摘要 本文探讨了将防腐剂、抗氧剂用于水果、蔬菜采摘后防腐保鲜、包装气体,功能性包装材料的可能性与发展前景。 The feasibility and development prospect of preservative and antioxidant used in preservation, packing gases and functional packing of post--harvest fruits and vegetables are discussed in this paper.
