摘要 高良姜油树脂的最佳提取工艺是:调节pH=7,乙醇溶剂浓度70%,超声波提取时间130min。油树脂稳定性的最佳配方为:黄原胶0·2%,藻酸丙二脂0·3%。 The useful extraction factor of Galangal Oleoresin were studied, ultrasonic time is 130min, pH =7, alcohol concentration is 70%. Ingredient of steady reagent for Galangal Oleoresin were 0. 2% Xanthan Gum and 0. 3% Glycol Alginate.
