技术创新方式选择与企业利润关系研究

Relationship between the Choices of Technical Innovation Means and Enterprise Profit

以往的技术创新方式选择研究,基于交易成本理论视角,主要关注企业间合作的机会主义问题,已难以有效地解释企业技术创新方式的选择。即使从网络理论角度分析,也往往关注企业在网络中的位置和信息获取,从而重视或者信息交流密度,或者信息泄露度,而忽视了信息交换强度问题。通过对不同的技术创新方式的内在机理进行分析,从而得出结论:随着信息交换强度的增加,网络中企业采取不同的技术创新方式时,其利润增加呈现为技术创新方式的交替变化。

On the basis of the transaction cost theory , the previous choice of technical innovation means mainly focused on the opportunism between the enterprises＇ cooperation, which can hardly explain the choice of technical innovation. Even from the perspective of the internet theory analysis, it just pays attention to the enterprise＇s position in the network and the information acquisition. In other words, it emphasizes the information exchange density or information revelation, but has ignored the intensity of information exchange. Through the analysis of different kinds of technical innovation intrinsic mechanism, this paper concludes that with the increase of the intensity of information exchange, the enterprise＇s profit increase presents in the way of the alternation of technical innovation means, when the enterprise in the network adopts the different technical innovation means.
